Sales and delivery

Experience ticket and order confirmation will always be sent to the email address provided.

Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as the consumer at the time you receive the ticket.

Once you have paid for an experience, the experience ticket will always be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your junk email or promotions folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly for help.

Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as a consumer at the time you receive the ticket by email, and you should therefore check as soon as possible whether the contents of the email and the experience ticket match the order and order confirmation.

Awards

VAT

All prices at Copenhagen Distillery are quoted in DKK and include VAT. Exceptions are experiences which, based on their content and nature, are exempt from VAT in accordance with the rules of the VAT Act.

Experience Gift Card

Our gift card is an amount gift card that can be used as a means of payment.

Our gift cards cannot be added together and must therefore be used individually. Please also note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.

Price and printing errors

We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a material and/or manifest error on our website, social media, newsletters and other mailings. We reserve the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation Policy

Do you need to cancel?

Cancellation can be made online until 7 days before the start of the event.

Rebooking can be made online up to 3 days before the start of the event.

Weather conditions

Safety and good conditions are top priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to endure the experience. Should this happen, the experience manager will contact you so that you can find a new date together.

If experience managers choose to cancel

Of course, our experience managers do everything possible so that you can get out and experience. However, unforeseen events can happen, e.g. in case of illness, road conditions and the like, where there is no choice but to cancel. Should that happen, you will be contacted by the person in charge by phone/SMS and then by email.

If the experience manager chooses to cancel due to too few enrollees, scheduling errors or the like, the cancellation must be made no later than 5 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation takes place, alternative booking dates must be available and if this is not the case, you are entitled to a refund of the amount of your experience

Security

Through our software provider Understory, we use SSL, and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

If you pay by credit card, you are safe from misuse because you can refuse a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible in the event that the credit card is misused in an online business that uses SSL. Copenhagen Distillery uses SSL, which means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.

Requirements upon arrival for the experience

Terms of Participation in the Experience

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of the experience.

For security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse persons who, on arrival, are judged to be visibly intoxicated or exhibiting unacceptable behaviour. The assessment is carried out solely by our staff.

Refusal as a result of intoxication, unacceptable behaviour or failure to comply with these terms shall be deemed to be in breach of the customer and shall not entitle you to a refund of the ticket or booking.

A valid ticket or booking confirmation must be presented upon arrival.

Personal information

  • We carry out the registration of your personal data in order to be able to deliver the goods to you.
  • The personal data will be registered with Copenhagen Distillery and stored for five years, after which the data will be deleted.

When purchasing an experience at Copenhagen Distillery, we need the following information:

Name.

  • Address.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number.

We carry out the registration of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you. We ask for your phone number in order to be able to provide you with a good service if something unpredictable happens when delivering your order confirmation, when shipping gift box or on the day of your experience.

The personal data is registered with Copenhagen Distillery and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have made use of your experience in the meantime, we will delete most of your information 30 days after the experience or redemption of your experience certificate from the experience manager. We must keep your name and address for five years according to the Bookkeeping Act. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed about what information is being collected and why.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to Copenhagen Distillery is not disclosed or sold, and we do not record any personal data. As a registered customer of Copenhagen Distillery, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to Copenhagen Distillery via e-mail.

Your rights

In connection with purchases, identity and transaction information is stored in accordance with the legislation in force at all times.

If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.

The amount of the gift card cannot be refunded once the payment has gone through.

Cookies

Copenhagen Distillery uses cookies for the purpose of optimizing the website and making your visit easy for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time.

Log Statistics
