If you choose to cancel

For more than 24 hours to the experience, you can rebook by contacting Copenhagen Distillery directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, such as overnight stays and experiences requiring long preparation, and therefore there may be some exceptions. This will appear under Rules and Security on the experience product page.

At less than 24 hours to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Be aware that experiences often include preparations which involve expenses to be covered, and therefore you cannot recoup the money for the experience.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so that they know you are not participating anyway. The contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. Alternatively, as a starting point, feel free to give your ticket to the other side.
