**Cheese & Spiritus: ** This special evening we dedicate together with Arla Unika to their line of specialty cheeses. Spirits act as a flavour enhancer and catalyst for new layers in Arla's Unika cheeses. Come and experience cheese and spirits in surprising union. We have to go through 5 pairings, each of which interprets both cheese and liquor in new ways.

What is included

the evening begins with Arla unika's signature snack accompagnied by a special aperitif cocktail that sets the stage for an exploration of flavour. Highlights:
Prepare your taste buds for a challenge with unique cheeses, carefully selected and paired with Copebhagen Distuillery's amazing spirits. As a special treat we've included our whisky. After the tasting all the products and more are available for sale, for you to bring the experience home. The selected cheeses come from the entire portfolio, including blue cheeses and washed rinds. We will not be able to make individual changes. Water with and without gas is on the tables, but all pairings contain alcohol.

About Copenhagen Distillery

Copenhagen Distillery is located in a converted factory building behind Christiania. Here there is room for creative expression when it comes to distilling whiskey, gin and aquavit. At Copenhagen Distillery, it is the ambition to create new flavours.
