**Cheese & Spirits: ** This special evening with Arla Unika is dedicated to their line of specialty cheeses. Our spirits act as a flavour enhancer and catalyst for new layers in Arla's Unika cheeses. Come and experience cheese and spirits in surprising union. We will go through 5 pairings, each of which interprets both cheese and liquor in new ways.
What's included
Welcome: the evening begins with Arla unika's signature snack accompagnied by a special aperitif cocktail that sets the stage for an exploration of flavour.
Highlights: Prepare your taste buds for a challenge with unique cheeses, carefully selected and paired with Copenhagen Distillery's amazing spirits. we are, of course, going to try the award winning whisky.
After the tasting all the products and more are available for sale, for you to bring the experience home.
The selected cheeses come from the entire portfolio, including blue cheeses and washed rinds. We will not be able to make individual changes. Water with and without gas is on the tables, but all pairings contain alcohol.
